The hotel offers a wonderful setting with quiet and comfy rooms in a lush green park and golf course, although some areas need attention due to cleanliness issues. The dining experience is delightful with a wide variety to choose from. The location is convenient, only a short walk to the town center, but some parts seem neglected. The service is exceptional, particularly thanks to Marcello at the front desk and Richard and David in the restaurant/bar.
I found the hotel to be in a good location, close to the town center, but it's worth noting that it's on a steep hill which may be challenging for those with mobility issues. The service was excellent, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The dining experience was decent, although the buffet section could use some improvement. The rooms were a mixed bag, with some safety concerns and dated features, but overall comfortable.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room was a bit deceiving as it was in a separate building from the main facilities, requiring outdoor trips. The shower was not full-sized, which was a downside, but didn't ruin my experience. I wish there was a larger waste bin and decaf tea and coffee sachets provided. The staff were doing a great job, especially with the included Pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi, and Gym facilities. The location was convenient, a short taxi ride to the pier and close to the city center. The dining experience was good with quality ingredients, though staff seemed preoccupied. The facilities were decent and value for money was reasonable.
